Mindcast.28 || Bunai Carus
With this Mindcast episode we’d like to introduce BUNAI CARUS to our community. They will join the Mindwaves Music family with their 7th release, “Neend”. Bunai Carus is the electronica project of Jim and Guillaume, two IDM and ambient enthusiasts from Montpellier (FR). When they started in 2013, their first idea was to produce and compose as much music as possible and find their own sound.
Their music ranges from abstract sound design, glitches and cuts to beautiful ambient drones, cinematic synth melodies and rhythmic but broken beats. Since their formation they have released six EPs on labels such as Brainstormlab, CleanError Records, Many Feet Under and Symbiotic Cube, and placed a track on the Touched Two compilation, which was later remixed by Nonima for Touched Two Remixes.
